breakfast items were dry, or frozen. bathroom curtain had blood stain on it and floor had debris on it.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to a golf course, various stores, restaurants, and sightseeing spots. The area is quite comfortable and pleasant.

Enjoying a suite. It was nice to have the couch area with a place to read.
The difficulty that the staff had in keeping up with the breakfast buffet supplies. In their defense, It was extremely busy.

Warm heated indoor pool, fitness room, wide selection heated breakfast, close to many eateries, and mostly friendly staff.
Does not have a hot tub as Booked.net claims to have. Was removed over a year ago. Key card didn't always work. A little outdated style.

The food was great, and the room was well-appointed. Good size bathroom, queen size bed. Great service and good value. Amiable attentive staff, marvellous location close to shopping center.

The staff was wonderful. The beds were comfy.
Our rooms smelled bad. We had a packed schedule and really didn't have time to fuss, or change rooms, but it was unpleasant. It is partially our fault for not complaining, but I can't imagine that the housekeeping staff were not aware of the odors. Also, there was no hot tub, just a small pool.

I got a room upgrade with a nice TV on the treadmill, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from Lutheran Church of Hope.

Me and my wife had a great stay here!! Found a great deal and when we got there to check in, they upgraded our room for free! So we got a king size bed with free wifi and a hot tub in our room!! Very happy stay!
We paid for better wifi but we it didn't connect and we still got charged for it!

The breakfast was awesome. Good variety of food.
My room had a lot of cigarette smoke, couldn't breathe. Had to switch to another room. The manager was very helpful and he apologize for the inconvenience.
